Training clients to use your studio's products is key to their success.

After leading a couple of larger content camps for Curbell Plastics and Trillium Giving, as well as smaller sessions for others, the learning outcomes started taking hold. When other colleagues had lead camps for their own client projects, we discussed some shared results.

This post grew out of a personal attempt to distill and summarize a genuine set of lessons taken from various client training "camps". The original intent was to build a sellable whitepaper for pitching within a project, but the (less formal) blog post turned out to be more enjoyable to write.
